General Purpose
Reward and recognize your interest and motivation in the Operation Management field as APICS Puerto Rico Member.

These incentives will apply for all APICS activities that you join as APICS Puerto Rico Member.

Program Rules
The "APICS Puerto Rico Rewards Card" isn't transferable. It provides a space for the carrier's signature.
This will be the person with the right for receiving all the incentives offered by our chapter.
This card should be punched and signed by a Chapter Officer when attending an activity.
No incentive can be exchanged with money or be used in any other activity that the Puerto Rico Chapter has not offered.
The Puerto Rico Chapter is not responsible in cases that the member has lost his/her card. If this occurs, the obtained punches will be lost.
This program is only valid with the Puerto Rico Chapter; it doesn't apply to other APICS Chapters.

Rewards Description:

CPIM, Seminar and Fundamental Courses:
If the member takes a total of four courses in the term of two years, the fifth course will be free.

CSCP Certification:
If you take the CSCP program you will receive a free seminar.

CPM Certification Courses:
If the member takes a total of four CPM certification courses in the term of two years, will receive one free seminar.

Professional Development Meetings (PDM):
If the member takes a total of four Professional Development Meetings in the term of two years, he/she will receive the fifth free.

Webinars:
If the member takes a total of four Webinars in the term of two years, he/she will receive the fifth free.

International Conference and Exposition:
If you attend to APICS ICE you will receive a free Professional Development Meeting.

Membership:
If the member refers a total of five people in the term of one year to a Chapter Official and these become APICS Puerto Rico Chapter members, the member will obtain a free membership for one year
and the option to become a Company Coordinator.
Or
For every person that the member refers to a Chapter Official that becomes APICS Puerto Rico Chapter member, the member will receive a free Professional Development Meeting.

Combinations:
Take any four course or seminar in the term of one year; the fifth will be free.
Take four any one time activity (PDM, conference, webinar) in the term of one year; the fifth will be free.
